Bright Waterfront Home with Pool. Short drive to Beach. Beautiful Sunsets.

Welcome to Gulf Cove. Our waterfront home offers direct, deep water access to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the world class fishing, boating and beaches of the greater Charlotte Harbor and Englewood waters. When not out on the water, you can also view the gorgeous Florida sunrise and sunsets from the private dock, large back yard or or lanai year round! Enjoy swimming in the pool. This is a very quiet neighborhood. Inside you have beautiful water views and access from both the family room or separate screened lanai. The home has an updated kitchen and floors.

The home is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Including super high speed internet (400 MB/s), TVs ready to sign in to your favorite streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, keurig and everything you need. All linens and towels are also provided. The home has a washer and dryer. Beach chairs and Umbrellas and fishing rods are also available for use at the home. We have provided everything for you to enjoy your stay.

**NO PETS ALLOWED

NOTE: **** The Pool can be Heated. Additional $20 per day to turn heat on as it is a very large expense. If you want pool heated please message me for pool heat and I will send you a payment request to pay for your stay and provide instructions on turning the pool heat on. It takes a while for the pool to heat up which is normal so I would give you instructions on you first day to turn it on. I just need to know in advance.

Gulf Cove is located between Murdock (North Port Charlotte) and Englewood. The beautiful Gulf beaches of Englewood and Manasota are all just a short drive away. Enjoy downtown Englewood shops, restaurants and galleries or historic Boca Grande. The Punta Gorda Airport is only about a 35 minute drive. Enjoy all the amenities of Port Charlotte.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Put Pool Camera Back on Mount
Put bedding and Towels in Washing Machine and Run. Cleaners will out in dryer when they arrive.
Turn off Pool Heater (press down button until it's all the way down) if you payed for Pool heat
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great House for a beach vacay

The house is lovely. The pool and backyard dock are so great! Our family of five enjoyed our stay very much! The drive to the beach is not too far and they have supplied beach chairs/umbrella for you to use. Very quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful winter escape!

We enjoyed several weeks in your lovely home. It was in a quiet neighborhood, clean, bright and comfortable. We loved the heated pool, and even left some pool noodles for the next vacationers. A great experience all around.

Home away from home

A clean home with a great layout in a quiet neighborhood and still close to stores. The host was responsive and friendly. The kitchen is set up perfectly for simple cooking, the bedrooms are clean and spacious, and with two TVs everyone got to watch their favorite shows. Our family enjoyed our vacation here in this very pleasant home away from home.

Home away from home

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It’s a beautiful home in a great location. We enjoyed the pool. The area is great for walking and riding bikes (which were available for use with this home). Kitchen was well equipped. Lots of pool toys and beach items also were available. Owner was very communicative and promptly responded when contacted.

Clean pool Quiet neighborhood

Good neighborhood. Owner responded quickly to any questions we had. Have stayed in many vacation homes that don’t have clean pools. This one absolutely does. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Different areas and beaches to explore nearby. We would stay here again.

Quite neighborhood with amazing sunset views

My son and I along with my sister and her son stayed for a week. House has everything you need to relax for the week. Very quite neighborhood but yet close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Great pool area and spectacular sunset views from the pool deck. Darryl quickly responded to a couple questions we had. Enjoyed our visit to Port Charlotte!

Great Place to Stay

Great place to stay! Great neighborhood. Tastefully decorated gives you a “relaxing at the beach” feel. Beautiful pool and great scenery. The only negative was the walk in shower. Very small and no hand held shower head. Also would have liked to have grab bar in master bathtub but both are easy fixes. Plenty of hot water! Host was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The pool was great and the access to the water. The only thing we didn’t like was there was a car in the driveway and a boat on the doc. That wasn’t listed in the pics of the property. All in all, a very nice property that has everything we needed

Relax to the max!!

This place was a great, relaxing getaway for my husband and I. We loved the quite neighborhood, wonderful heated pool and lanai. Close to Englewood beach too where there are cool hangout spots ( the sand bar) and a great stop for breakfast (Magnolias). The hosts were great. Would definitely recommend for pure relaxation .
