This 2,600 square foot lakefront house is located in the beautiful and quiet area of Circuito Chico, just 14 miles from the city center of Bariloche. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning views of Lake Moreno and the Llao Llao peninsula.

The house has 4 bedrooms (2 en suite, one with a walk-in closet), 3 1/2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a fully furnished kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances.

The first floor has a small balcony with a Kamado grill, perfect for grilling, roasting, and smoking. There is also a lakeside terrace with a grill, picnic table, and outdoor lighting, ideal for use during the summer.

The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and is located far enough from the city to have almost no light pollution, meaning you can enjoy the night sky.
