Nice stay!

The place is nicer in person, its a really nice quiet neighborhood, you can walk to many places! It’s furnished & decorated nicely, definitely a welcoming environment.

Great find!

Really nice & practical place, i have stayed here twice as it’s a great location! You can walk to miracle mile, gyms, restaurants, parks, etc. Sergio communicates promptly if you need anything.

I booked this place for 2 weeks. I felt safe there but unfortunately I spotted roaches on 2 occasions of my stay. The first time was in the shower and the host sent his cleaner to remove it a few hours later. There was another occasion where I was cleaning the kitchen area and after one spray a tiny iguana came out from the crack of the stove. Book at your own risk of pests. I hope the host clears the problem before offering the place again. I left 3 nights early because of the second roach sighting. I would think that the owner would offer some sort of compensation for the inconvenience but he didn’t.

Decent but room to improve

We stayed in this unit for a long weekend in Miami for a wedding nearby. There was prompt messaging but we didn't have WiFi access we needed for work obligations and had some difficulty getting prompt help from the host. We're pretty sure it wasn't an issue on our side of thingsThe shower was oddly dirty- if it wasn't so expensive I'm not sure I'd comment on it. There was a fair amount of grit in the shower. Location was tough to beat though
