Awesome spot, super clean and relaxing space. The setup within the building was a little odd but worked just fine (within an apartment complex) and we had a wonderful stay. High recommend!

Very nice, well-appointed and comfortable space. Very much appreciated the filtered pitcher of water in the fridge. Truman's Pizza across the street was a nice spot for a good meal after a long day.

Awesome stay in Des Moines

We came to see a show at the civic center from KCMO. This stay was close to downtown, quiet, comfy, and had what you needed if you wanted to stay in and eat. There is also a great restaurant, Trumans, across the street with a good variety of drinks and food. Also the view of the city and capitol building from the patio is beautiful.

Stayed here multiple times. Never an issue. I can confirm that the tow company is serious, follow the parking instructions. I wasn't towed but saw truck pull up at 10pm and go through lot searching for violations.

Quick overnight

The only concern was the apartment door. Had to slam to shut and was really touchy to open with code. That's it. Property and location perfect to enjoy Des Moines

Very nice apartment in newer building. Walking distance to all kinds of neat locations including the state capital Trumans restaurant has great food and breakfast starting at 7am. As a Canadian staying in a strange city.. this place fit the bill. Highly recommended for the price and location. A
