Convenient parking and decent location, but small and dark.

The pro to this place is the off-street parking, that’s about it. While the policy permits pets, I can’t call that an advantage because I got docked 50 off my security deposit for “dander”, which kind of goes with the territory with pets. Other issues: despite the picture, it is extremely small. Like so small that there’s no room for a silverware drawer (utensils have to be kept in a cupboard over the stove).While it is advertised as having outside space, the back yard is unkempt and full of debris.The microwave had no access to power, but they provided me with an extension cord after I asked.It is quite dark, with the only light from windows to the back yard which you really don’t want to see. I was charged twice for the rental, once by vrbo and once by the management company. They reversed one of those charges.On checkout they found a coffee stain in the duvet cover and suggested it was urine.
