The room has a private entrance, allowing you to come and go without disturbing the owner. You’ll have your own bathroom with shower and tub. Amenities include a hotel-size refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, multipot, kettle, and a selection of coffee makers. High-speed internet and a Wi-Fi-connected TV are also provided. Guests may enjoy the back garden, barbecue grill, and outdoor dining area.

Multiple Michelin-starred restaurants, wine bars, live music venues, a Sunday farmers market, corner stores, and grocery stores including Trader Joe’s, Cal Mart, Mollie Stone’s, and Bryan’s Market are all nearby.
