The apartment on the 1st floor has been recently refurbished and is in a good state. The apartment has 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms and 1 room with a bunk bed), a large living room with a big balcony on the front side, 2 bathrooms and a new fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has a colour television, DVD player, stereo music tower with dolby surround system, Astra Satellite television with over 200 television channels, washing machine, grill, refrigerator, microwave and barbecue. The total surface of the apartment is 120 m² and equipped with a central heating and open fire place. From the balcony you have a wide and nice view over Salou. Around the apartment there are three nice beaches, varying from busy popular beach, a private beach and a quiet beach. The charming and popular “Playa Capellans” is situated at no more than 60 meters. Although the apartment is located in a quiet part of Salou, the commercial city and nightlife centre are within 5 minutes walk.

fun holiday

enough space for our group of ten, and perfect location. really loved the balcony. great communication with host. downside is the property having no towels, but we didn’t struggle with that at all. herbert was a great host!

Gran terraza y muy confortable

Quitando unas obras que estaban haciendo en un apartamento contiguo y que por las mañanas nos molestaron un poco, pero esto es muy temporal, el resto sin ninguna queja y muy recomendable

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement à Salou. Il est idéalement situé, près de la plage, des supérettes et des rues animées. Cependant, il manque quelques équipements comme par exemple des tapis de douche, des torchons ...

Nous étions 10 jeunes et nous avons passé 2 supers semaines, l’appartement est très bien, la terrasse est merveilleuse et l’emplacement parfait, près de la plage, des commerces et des boites.

Appart génial pour les jeunes !

Nous sommes un groupe de 9 jeunes, nous avons passé 2 semaines de folie ! L'appartement est tout près de la plage et également des boites pour faire la fête ! Attention par contre, des hôtels club se situent à côté et ne vous permettent pas du tout de faire une grasse mat' ! La musique est non-stop toute la journée à partir de 10h. On nous a aussi promis des ventilateurs et malheureusement, il n'y en avait pas. La nuit est parfois très chaude donc prévoir des ventilos ! Gros plus pour la terrasse qui est parfaite ! Merci encore pour ce séjour !

Idéal pour les jeunes qui cherchent à faire la fête et etre à la plage

Appartement super pratique, spacieux (on était un groupe de 13) et bien aéré pour les fortes chaleurs! Le balcon était sûrement le meilleur aspect du logement, équipé d'un grand canapé et d'une grande table. La voisine était tres accueillante et nous n'avons eu aucun soucis niveau communication et organisation. Choses à savoir: 1. L'immeuble est à 50 mètres de la plage mais entouré d'hôtels qui jouent de la musique assez fort de 12h à minuit, donc il faut aller à Salou pour faire la fête. 2. La vaisselle et les ustensiles de cuisine n'étaient pas bien lavés quand nous sommes arrivés et le rideau de douche est tombé le 2eme jour. 3. Il y a des moustiques!! En revanche la proximité au petit supermarché et aux bars et plages nous ont rendu le séjour tres agréable. Appartement idéal pour un groupe de jeunes qui veulent être à la plage et faire la fête. Nous relouerons le logement avec plaisir!

Grand et très bien situé !

Idéal pour les groupes de jeunes venant faire la fête ! Appartement beau et spacieux pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes sans difficulté. Pour les beaux jours la terrasse est très agréable. A deux minutes de la plage et à cinq minutes de la zone marchande avec toutes les boites de nuit il est très bien situé. Enfin le contact avec le propriétaire est très facile et l'accueil de la voisine est très agréable. Je vous le recommande fortement !

Grand et très bien situé !

L'appartement est idéal pour les groupe de jeunes voulant profiter du soleil de Salou, de la mer et faire la fête. La terrasse est très agréable et chaque pièce très spacieuse. A deux minutes de la plage et cinq de la zone marchande et des boites de nuit l'appartement est idéalement situé. Le contact avec le propriétaire est très facile, il répond quasi instanément aux mails. Très bon séjour de 4 jours entre jeunes je vous le recommande.

A deux pas de la mer dans un quartier calme

Appartement spacieux bénéficiant d'une terrasse aménagée avec salon d'extérieur vue sur la mer merveilleux pour passer d'agréables soirées (même au mois d'avril!!). Le quartier bien qu'à deux pas d'une plage en sable, de restaurants et bars nocturnes est très calme. Lieu idéal pour cumuler Port Aventura, des visites touristiques et de très belles plages...

Great apartment!

We have booked our holiday in Spain with our big family and we stayed at this beautiful apartment located a few steps from the sea. The apartment is renovated and it is very spacious. We had a lots of dinner and chill out time on the terrace! The apartment has everything you need, an equipped kitchen and it is an ideal location for a holiday as you can visit various sites and it is spacious enough. We are definitely going back!

Un appartement propice aux groupes

Appartement géographiquement tres bien situé, proche de la plage, de commerces et qui se trouve en zone résidentielle mais non loin de boîtes, bars ou restaurants! La terrasse est idéale l'été, l'appartement est grand et bien organisé propice a l'accueil de groupes!
