We have recently gotten married and love hosting in both our homes. We are both athletes, love cycling, hiking, camping, snow shoeing and more. Also building a lake house that we will open to guests in the future.
Why they chose this property
This is a quiet neighborhood just 3 miles south of Breckenridge. The trails right behind the house take you into the national forest for amazing hikes, snow shoe, mountain biking and more. Close enough to the ski hills but a great quiet retreat when the day is done. Watch for moose in your yard.
What makes this property unique
The house was designed and built by my husband, a local custom builder. The details are amazing, heated concrete floors, views from every room, and the cozy living room with wood burning fireplace is picture book. Sit in the hot tub after a long day and watch the stars.
