Waterfront 5BR + Hot Tub + Fire Pit with Awesome Building for Family Fun!
Bring the whole family! Livin’ Legacy provides all the comfort & amenities for everyone to find their happy place and make your lakeside memories. Our home is waterfront with public boat launch right next door, boat slip for use in boat house, expansive kitchen equipped w/ all hosting needs, two living rooms, three patios, huge lot with green grass for games & playing! 40 x 30 building used for Family Fun Time!! Six person hot tub along with a fire pit. Both bathrooms are double vanity;
**No parties or events without prior consent & approval. Failure to comply will result in authorities called and removal from our home.
Golf cart is available for rent for an additional $75.
**Main entrance of the home is on the second floor, up a flight of stairs. Someone will need to be able to climb the flight of stairs to be able to get into the home to let any elderly or handicap guests enter on the first/bottom floor.
**No garbage disposal
**No parties or events without prior consent & approval. Failure to comply will result in authorities called and removal from our home.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
>Ensure all downstairs doors are manually locked 4. Plus, all 3 digital locks.
>Clean all dishes, load & start dishwasher to clean all used dishes. Do not forget items used from the building.
>Ensure the hot tub cover is securely on & clasps secure.
>Trash bins to remain at the curb at the end of driveway to avoid ants and critters at the house.
>BBQ grill grates clean & used charcoal removed and bagged in trash
>Firepit emptied and bagged, put into trash bins. Fee will be assessed for extra cleaning if not emptied.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
