Ample counter space and a wall of built-ins are the perfect complement to family and friends that enjoy cooking together. A gas grill and outdoor seating are only a few steps away from the kitchen. The adjacent family room features a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, generous seating and a unique wall of open shelving that defines the space into the spacious primary suite. Two large bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor round out this charming getaway. In true Vineyard style, two outdoor showers flank the home.

Quiet and peaceful home !

My family had a great stay ! The location is perfect! 9 mins to South Beach and close to downtown Edgartown ! Host was very responsive to any questions and allowed us to check in early. Note, we did have to bring our own beach umbrellas and more beach towels, but otherwise house has everything else we needed! Would stay again and recommend to family.

Fantastic stay at Eri’s. The house is in a great location, less than 10 minutes from Norton Point and downtown Edgartown. The house was perfect - super clean, well laid out, and perfect for our family. We had a family of 4 join us for a night and we were still perfectly comfortable. Eri was so responsive and checked in on us a few times to make sure all was good. Best rental we have had in our 13 years vacationing on MV! Thanks Eri!

The house was fabulous. Extremely clean, even glass shelves were sparkling. It was very well equipped with anything you could need in the kitchen. The master bedroom on the first floor actually has a king size bed not a queen which was great for us. It is huge with a giant walk-in closet. TV ‘s all over the place. The house was obviously refurbished not long ago. They had high-end appliances such as a Viking stove top and high-quality cookware. There’s a washer and dryer in the basement although we didn’t use it. There’s plenty of parking. It’s easy to get to and about a mile from downtown Edgerton. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely stay there again next time we go back to Martha’s Vineyard.

Simply put…a great experience from start to finish. The house was clean, welcoming and had everything we could ask for. The host Eri is informative and extremely responsive to any questions that might arise. We will definitely stay there again in the future.
