Flexible arrival/departure dates. Beautifully appointed, open, airy 3 bedroom (2 queen, 1 with 2 twins), 2 /12 bath plus outdoor shower, pond, large private yard and deck. Cook's kitchen, comfortable, chic cottage-style furnishings. Walk to Edgartown, bike to beach, stroll to Katama General Store for morning coffee on the porch, quick drive to Morning Glory to pick up lunch, dinner provisions or yummy pies. Linens, beach chairs and towels provided. Washer/dryer, hi-speed, wireless internet, cable (separate tv room). The large backyard is very private with a large, new deck, lush gardens and a pond. Air-conditioned. REFUNDS: Refund of payments will be made only if premises are re-rented for the term of the lease.

This is the perfect home in the perfect location with the perfect setting. It's close to Edgartown village (the best gem of the island towns, for sure!) but private for a quiet, secluded holiday.

The backyard deck, pond and garden will lure you in for leisurely morning coffee & newspapers and late afternoons spent snoozing, playing horseshoes or badminton or relaxing in the shade with a book or a beer!
