Lovely outside space for gathering and eating. Living room is a stylish and comfortable spot to gather. Property is on Redhill Avenue, a busy street, but just 5 minute walk to downtown San Anselmo. Parking for 2 cars onsite. Fully fenced in yard. Some street noise in front bedroom but pretty quiet property. Brand new amenities.
