This island home will be your new paradise away from home! Located on South Shore Drive, this lovely beach rental is conveniently located near the bridge, local restaurants, the Holden Beach park/splash pad, and the stage for the summer concert series!

You can experience all the island has to offer with ocean breezes, waterway views from the top deck, and a private and fenced oasis in the backyard. Complete with a private swimming pool (open Easter through October), tiki bar, gas grill, lots of room to play, and a hot tub for those chillier days and nights.

Inside this Hobbs Smart Home, you will find 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an inverted floor plan, lots of natural light, and lots of space to relax. The primary bedroom is spacious and private with an extra sunroom area to unwind. The kitchen (includes CrockPot, Keurig, Ninja blender, and food processor), living room, and dining area are on the top floor to maximize the views of the island. Enjoy preparing your favorite seafood meal or order Door Dash and watch a movie on the large flat-screen living room TV. Occupancy is limited to 12.

Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply. Available when you stay between May 1 through the end of September.

All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for free, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.
