This home is newly upgraded with new quartz kitchen countertop, tile backsplash, easy close cabinet doors.LVP flooring on main level and new carpet upstairs. Also bathroom upgrades.

We enjoyed staying at this rental. We have stayed in this area before and again enjoyed the proximity to Sunset Slush, restaurants, and beach. Communication was easy and it was such a relaxing visit. We especially appreciated the supplies for the beach. We would stay here again!

Amazing house and location!

The house was beautiful, well taken care of and very well stocked with anything you'd need. The location was only a 5 minute walk to the beach, and very conveniently located within walking distance to multiple restaurants. We had a blast!

Perfect Getaway

From the time of booking through our stay this was a great experience. Lynn was responsive and very accommodating. the location of the house is perfect for local restaurants and beach access. Our family enjoyed the weekend and this will be our go to for rental on the island.

We grew up going to the beach each year. Once a year was just not enough so we bought this house to enjoy every chance we get. We love the peace and quiet of the beach and the close proximity to shows and history in major cities. We hope you will come to Holden Beach and enjoy as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We bought at Holden Beach because it is the best of both worlds. Beautiful beaches to enjoy the sun and sand and good restaurants and entertainment across the bridge on the causeway. It is convenient to Myrtle Beach and Wilmington, NC when I want more activity.

What makes this property unique

We love to relax on the porch and watch the boats on the Inter-coastal Waterway. We also enjoy the great shelling opportunities while walking on the beach.
