We are glad you enjoyed your stay in Park City and we would love to host you again! The central location of this condo allows you to take advantage of all Park City has to offer. It's just a short distance from the resorts and within walking distance to shopping and dining.
Very pleasant stay. Location was perfect. The only negative was the seating. We needed to buy cushions to make it somewhat more comfortable. Next year we need to get a ground floor unit. Those stairs were kind of difficult for a couple of 80 year old people.

Great and convenient location. Smith’s grocery store 3 minute drive away. Many restaurants within 5 minute drive. Walmart, an outlet mall, and a movie theater also a 5 minute drive. Loved the unit access from the garage also. Now if only something can be done with getting less people on the slopes, our trip would have been perfect.

This unit is beautifully situated with some nice green space out the side windows and not much out the front windows, so extremely private. The space was good for us, although the decorating could be updated (new carpet and sofa) and decluttered (fake plants and tchotchkes) and dewinterized (sheepskin and leather pillows) for summer rentals. The garage is a great feature and made for easy in/out. The neighborhood is fantastic with everything located within walking distance and the transit center so close by for rides to Canyons and downtown PC. We would stay here again but would bring something lighter and brighter to put on top of brown corduroy sofa. The management company was fabulous and very prompt in responding and carrying through.

This condo was perfect for my friends and I to unwind after cross country skiing and sight seeing all day. The location is central to so many ski areas, shops, Salt Lake City. The kitchen was well appointed for our dinner and breakfasts in.

Although we certainly appreciate feedback, we appreciate honest feedback. The home was thoroughly cleaned prior to the check in. Inspection reports and photos submitted, from the report, did not show the condition described and the guest did not contact us during the stay to report anything substandard. We would caution any future guest to not make a choice based on this review. This is a lovely, clean and well kept home that has hosted many happy guests. With beautiful views of the ski slopes and Olympic ski jumps, a cozy fireplace and perfect location for walking to the free shuttle stop, grocery store, dining, shopping and entertainment, this home can't be beat for its affordability and convenience. Absolutely Perfect!
Loved our stay here! It was every bit as welcoming and comfortable as described. We made full use of the very well equipped kitchen for our Thanksgiving dinner. Shopping area and movie theatre was very convenient. We also managed to get in several days of hiking at nearby trails.

A very comfortable home away from home
Very comfortable and fantastic location, walk to stores and eateries. Clean and nicely decorated with all the necesseties you would need. The only recommendation I could possibly make would be to upgrade the linens, especially the pillows. They were old and didn't have much left to them and the linens were worn. Literally, that is the only thing I can recommend, everything else was absolutely wonderful.

The Perfect Condo! Stay here!
Awesome condo in Newpark area of Park City. Very clean, comfortable with everything you need. Walking distance to shopping (Whole Foods, TJ Maxx, World Market, etc.), coffee shops (Park City Roasters (great place!), Starbucks) movies, bowling alley, post office, library and all kinds of restaurants. Walk to free Park City transit bus that takes you to right into downtown Park City and all the area ski resorts (Canyons, Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley). The surroundings are beautiful! It is adjacent to Swaner Preserve and has a view of the Olympic Park and ski jump. Hiking trails are within walking distance. I would regularly walk along the preserve to the Spring Creek trail head and enjoy hiking the Glenwild loop trail. Friendly and helpful owner and property manager. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and hope to return some day soon!
