There are bears even in the winter sometimes. Please do not leave trash outside on the deck or the breezeway. There is trash near the bus stop.
If something breaks please let me know. I do not get upset about accidents but I would like to be able to replace for the next guest.

Great stay for a ski vacation

We loved the location of this condo! Easy walk to the lift and close to plenty of restaurants. The hosts were way more than accommodating and extremely responsive! Unfortunately we found out a little late that the hot tub was under construction but heard it might be done around May 2024. Regardless, we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent Location

Great condo easy walking distance to Assay Hill lift. Our family had a great stay during the kids' Spring Break. Clean unit, with plenty of space and a well stocked kitchen. The kids enjoyed the toys left by the hosts. The beds were new and comfortable. The property manager was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Ski getaway

Spent a couple nights midweek. Very nice condo with an excellent location for skiing. It is truly in walking distance of a lift. Was missing a parking pass when we arrived and the host was very quick in replying and getting us a new one.

Great location and super cute unit!

We had a wonderful time here. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen had everything to make meals when we were too tired to go back out! It was clean. The beds were comfortable. There were three adults traveling together, and we all felt like we had good space for ourselves. Truly can't beat taking a few steps onto the bus to get to the mountain. We hope to return!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay in Snowmass. The communication with the property owner was excellent. The location is great. With some snow, we were able to ski across the wood bridge and nearly right to our place. To get to the slopes, you have to walk a couple hundred yards through the parking lot, across the wood bridge, and you end up at the bottom of Assay Hill; it takes 5-7 minutes. Otherwise, you can catch the shuttle which drops you off in Base Village. Clark's Market is only 0.2 miles away making it easy to grab groceries.

Great condo for ski

It is in a great location, free shuttle to Snowmass mall where you can rent and buy lift ticket, and take you to grocery store as well. There are two suites, one full size bed, and another with two bunk beds in this condo. It is good for 6 people. It is very bright, clean . It is very convenient to go ski. Our host is friendly, we had no problem to communicate with the her.
