Why they chose this property
I love this neighborhood. I grew up in here and so did my dads family. I built my home on family land. Alot of the neighbors are the same as when I was growing up. Very safe neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
Property is unique, in the way its close to town...but has a country feel to it. Snow shoe in the winter time or cross country ski. Or load up and go to KT for fatbiking. Lots of dirt roads for walking, or riding bikes.
