Vacationing in Lake Tahoe has never been as entertaining as it is at Snow Creek Chalet. This is your own personal base camp for fun. The setting is truly ideal for those who relish outdoor adventures. Situated just 1/2 mile of the Tahoe Vista Recreation Area and Moondune Beach, a number of activities are within minutes of Snow Creek Chalet. The kids will definitely want to spend the day at the North Tahoe Regional Park ziplining at the Treetop Adventure Park, playing pickleball under the lights, sledding on hill, or exploring miles of hiking/biking/XC trails. Even the family pet will appreciate the awesome dog park! The adults will want to take advantage of the smooth, crystal-clear waters for boating in the morning, golfing at Brockway Golf Course in the afternoon, and devouring prime rib at Old Range Steakhouse in the evening. It is all there for the taking!
If you like quiet, one lane dirt roads, limited neighbors, and enjoy a plethora of activities this is the place for you!

We love Lake Tahoe and have enjoyed the property over the years as our kids have grown and spend less time there, we opted to share our property with others.
Tahoe Vista is 3 square miles of pure bliss... unlike nearby Kings Beach Tahoe Vista is not nearly as busy! You can enjoy the beaches, National or Moondune, enjoy the North Lake Tahoe National Park or take a walk in the Tahoe National Forrest just steps out the front door.

Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and driveways in the winter months.

* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 7 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras is primarily for viewing the cleaner coming/going and bears!
