Smart TV available so bring your streaming logins. Sleeping area with (2) twin bunk beds and (1) full size bed. The full bathroom is spacious with stacking washer and dryer. Short walk to 4-ac lake with access to (2) kayaks, paddleboat and aluminum row boat. Catch and release fishing with large Bass and panfish. A charcoal kettle grill/Weber is available for outdoor grilling (charcoal and lighter fluid not included). Also an outside area with fire pit and stockpile of wood for evening fires. Trails to take walking adventure around property. Lots of birds and wildlife.
