Kitchen has pots, pans, glasses, silverware, stove, microwave and kitchen table with seating for 6 and 3 bar stools. Large patio with outside bar, tables and chairs. Get some sun, relax and watch the boating activities! This is 1 home on 2+ waterfront acres. You will be renting the home and have access to our private 110 foot long pier on Lake Conroe (see the photos).

There is no fee for parking your boat on our docks. You may park your trailer on the pad site provided included with your Boat Docking spot. Let us know you are bringing a boat before your arrival. You can rent a boat lift when available. Inquire with the owner and provide length, width, make and weight to get a quote for daily, weekly or monthly rates.

Boat and Kayak rentals are near by.

Do you also want to throw an Event for up to 100 guests? If you want to have a daytime wedding reception, party or other event outside during your stay there will be additional charges. Contact us for a quote.

We have 2 acres and can accommodate parties of up to 100 day visitors outside with plenty of parking. The fee for this is quoted based on the number of people and special arrangements made by the owner all in advance. Party hours are limited to 10 am to sundown no exceptions. You must book the home with up to 9 overnight guests to reserve the location days and nights and the day party can be added in by dealing directly with the owner or agent/rep in charge.

We have had weddings, birthdays, holidays and all sorts of celebrations at this property. We can provide services to help you throw the party.

We are easy to find: Hwy 105 West 7 miles from I-45, turn North to 844 Beach Walk Blvd, Conroe, TX 77304. Right at end of the Cul-de-sac through gate. To the left of our gate entrance is the entrance to Lakeview Marina.
