Casa Las Palmas is a charming residence offering four well-appointed studios, complemented by a newly built swimming pool, outdoor grill, palapa, and a top terrace.

Welcome to Estudio Playa a unique and private getaway designed for relaxation and comfort. This studio boasts comfortable one bedroom apartment and a sofa bed perfect for 2 kids, with shared pool. Also has outdoor space with charcoal grill, TV and dining set up under palapa.

Our studios are designed to provide all the comforts of home. Relax with a refreshing drink by the pool, unwind in a hammock, or take a dip in the cool, inviting waters. The pool is a key feature of the property, offering a refreshing escape.

The shared common areas are, including the pool, outdoor grill, terrace, smart TV, dining area, and an outdoor restroom, Rest assured, the pool is exclusively for guests, and there’s also a mezzanine level with lounge chairs for sunbathing and relaxation.

Each studio features:

A comfortable queen-size bed and sofa bed
Air conditioning for a cool, restful stay
A smart TV with WIFI internet access
A fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, toaster, blender, regular coffee maker, juice maker, and more.
A 5-gallon purified water jug is provided (you’ll need to refill it when necessary).

The property is ideally located just two blocks from Sam's Club and surrounded by a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, and more. The ocean and ferry terminal are about a mile away, a quick 10-minute drive, and the airport is just 7 minutes away.
Parking is available outside for your rental car, and if you rent scooters from outside, I highly recommend parking them inside the property for added security. If you rent my scooters, they must be parked inside.

Lots of privacy and feels cozy

I had a great time staying here. Location is great because you have lots of privacy and quiet for when you need to rest to go dive. Food options nearby are awesome. Host and groundskeepers were super friendly and accommodating. The room itself was very clean and had everything you needed for a pleasant stay

Good value for money

The property was very much as listed. The unit is newly renovated with a very nice shower; however the bathroom is very small otherwise and a little awkward. The bedroom is very large with a comfortable double bed and storage but due to the blackout coating on the patio doors to the pool and lounge area (providing thorough privacy), there is no view when the doors are closed and it is quite dark in the room during the day. The kitchen is very nice with seating for 6, the air fryer, blender and cooktop are great to have, there is newer basic dishware, glasses and lots of untensils (no covers for the pots and pans). The laundry facilities are very nice to have. Jaime was very responsive to our requests and will organize cleaning in between if needed. For a longer stay, what would have been a gamechanger for us, would be to have a couch. For much of our visit, it rained so using the outdoor loungers was not an option - not anybody's fault. The pool is kept in pristine condition. Would consider staying again if there was a couch worked into the furnishings. Nice place!

I'm from Texas and just fell in love with COZUMEL island life. I purchased this property back in 2017 and since then I've been putting a lot of work and love into it. I totally renovated all studios, built a pool and made many modifications. I recently built the roof top which is one of my favorite spots. I take pride on all the work that has been done to it and I constantly making improvements and modifications to make it even better.

Why they chose this property

The first time I saw this property I noticed the beautiful palm trees on the property and my neighbors. Unfortunately, my palm trees had to be remove due storm damage. There is a park one block away so my kids could play and hang out with the locals. The feeling I perceive was a very welcoming and safe neighborhood and I wasn't wrong.

What makes this property unique

If I have to describe it with one word, it will be relax! It just feels like home. Weather you're in the pool area, by the mezzanine floor, sitting by the water fall or just grilling some fajitas by the out door grill area while watching a movie or listening your best jams. It all brings you some kind of peace and relaxation. Or at least to me it does when I'm home and I hope you get the same vibe.
