Modern cabin getaway nestled in the trees. Stay just 1 mile away from Lake Seminole boat ramp, A mile from 3 River State Park. 3 Miles from downtown where you will find groceries. Gas, bait, restaurants, and laundry. We have walking trails at the park.
Only 20 miles from historic Marianna where you will find shopping, tubing, and Caverns.
We are located 20 miles from Georgia, 45 miles from Dothan AL. And an hour from the Panama City Beaches.
Relax at night in the hot tub, with a fire in the firepit, watch an outdoor movie in the swings, or just visit our friendly goats.
Host on property in case you need anything.
Enjoy our cabin with convection oven, pizza oven/grill, griddle, and toaster.
Blootooth fan, galvanized metal shower and handmade magnolia wood counter. Full bed in the loft for 2 extra guests. Play checkers, scrabble or just relax and watch 50" TV.

This was an absolutely wonderful place for me and my husband for a couple of days while we fished Lake Seminole and the host were very gracious and kind we loved it. I would suggest anyone that’s looking for a comfortable place to lay their head for a couple of nights, this is the place.

This place was cozy and relaxing. The property is beautiful and feeding the goats was a huge plus for me. Three Rivers State park is literally two minutes away and it’s a wonderful place to spend the day hiking and exploring. The people of Sneads and the surrounding area are sweet and kind. I recommend booking this spot if you want to unplug from the world for a bit.

We stayed as a short stop on a road trip. Great hosts, cute, clean, well furnished and comfortable. Charming, quiet country setting. The hosts thought of everything. And the darling goats are a bonus! Highly recommend and would return if we’re back in the area.

What a lovely stay, even in the middle of winter! Cabin is exactly as described, cozy and just right for the two of us! The hot tub was the hit for me, the snacks and drinks were a lovely touch. The goats are soooo cute! We took our dog to a couple of state parks and let her run, she was very comfortable in the cabin also. A great place to stay!

What a terrifically wonderful little venue! Between the Firepit and the Hot Tub, the lighting and the falling acorns and leaves, the goats and the comfort of the bed and the structure, we really wished we had had more downtime to stay longer!

It’s a beautiful relaxing place. That’s within 20 minutes of the caverns. If you are looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life, this is the place to do it. And you have to pet the goats, they are adorable. I will definitely be returning in the future.

The place was perfect. Reminded me of a dollhouse. Beautiful Christmas tree, decorated beautifully for the season. It was clean as a whistle, stocked with coffee and snacks. Big screen TV with free internet access. Two comfortable recliners and a loft. The bathroom/shower area was perfect as well. We were in a perfect quiet location for our dogs. Not to mention the hot tub which I thoroughly enjoyed and the outdoor sitting area. William and Lisa introduced themselves on our arrival and they turned out to be the perfect hosts. When in Sneads- you have a place to stay!

My husband and I own a little piece of heaven here in the Florida panhandle. We have a huge family and love animals. We enjoy staying in b and b's when we travel and wanted to offer a nice place for guests to come and relax. Goats on the property, and fishing very close by. We have a fire pit, and a 4 person firepit table outside for dining or just relaxing. Hot tub for 4 also available.

This is a spacious and quiet neighborhood. It had been in the family for generations.

We are 1 mile from fishing at Lake Seminole. We have goats on the property that you can feed designated snacks. This property is so close to Panama City Beach, Tallahassee, FL., Dothan AL. Or Bainbridge GA. So much to see and do.
