This tranquil residential neighborhood feels like a country retreat, with its abundant old-growth trees and absence of streetlights or sidewalks, offering serenity and peace. Despite this, it is conveniently close to excellent restaurants, retail options, golf courses, and outdoor activities such as hiking and biking. Additionally, it is only a few miles from Malibu Beach, a Presidential Library, and the vibrant nightlife of Hollywood and Los Angeles.

The Orchard House offers a variety of attractions for all. It boasts a serene hilltop location with a lush fruit orchard that includes avocados, oranges, limes, and more. The property also features a stunning pool and jacuzzi area complete with lounge chairs on the sundeck and a fire pit for evening relaxation.
