About this property

Beach Rental 3 Blocks to Beach! WIFI, Cable, A/C, and More!

Please refer to Beach Paradise #1 and #2 for more dates and for larger parties. Can book multiple rooms. This is a small cozy two bed room fully furnished living space with a bathroom, shower and kitchen with a living room. Five beds and a pullout couch that sleep up to eight people. The living room contains a comfy couch, coffee table, and smart tv. Included in the apartments are personal washer and dryers. Each bedroom contains its own smart tv and fan. Newly added A/C and heating!
The space
Multiple apartments for larger groups of people. You can book more than one apartment! Sleeps 8 comfortably, but can accommodate up to 10 people.
Other things to note
We are completely open to having families stay in our home. We have had various families enjoy their stay, but we have had some guest feel uncomfortable that our family owned business, Party Time Liquor, is next door. Also note that this location of our business was the highlight of many guests' stay as we offer all types of beverages, snacks, etc. at your convenience! The place is great for groups enjoying the beach location who are out all day and need a place to end the night walking distance to everything!

proximity to the beach was awesome!

This place was tiny but looked great inside and we loved how close it was to Pacific beach and to nearby restaurants and shopping. We didn’t have to pay for parking the entire time we were there since we didn’t have to drive much, which was awesome! The listing didn’t show a picture of the front of the property and I should have paid more attention because it did not have curb appeal and caught us a little by surprise when we pulled up. Ww don’t have any issues and the small parking lot was gated, so that helped. The host wasn’t super timely in responding but when we did get a hold of them, they were super helpful and accommodating! We brought 7 people and the space was a little small for 7, especially with just one bathroom, but it was a good price for the location! Overall great experience!
