Natural light pours through this well-kept townhome! Wind down behind the gated entrance to the quiet side of Indigo Reef and relax! Comfortable open concept main floor inclusive of a large seating area with flat screen TV, dining table, eat-in kitchen with ample counter space and storage, granite countertops, as well as a convenient half-bathroom! Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, with a great split bedroom floor plan. The Master Suite is spacious, luxurious and boasts huge Gulf views! It has a flat screen TV and open air patio! Down the hall you will enjoy the washer/dryer in unit and two additional guest bedrooms.
The first guest bedroom offers two twin beds and the second guest bedroom offers a Queen bed. There is a full bathroom conveniently across from the guest rooms.
The grounds are meticulously maintained, this is truly a resort style property! A large pool, covered parking for one vehicle, and a fitness center!
