Salty Fare Too (villa 20) at Indigo Reef is located in one of Marathon's best kept secret vacation destinations!! Indigo Reef is a gated community in an ultra-private enclave of 67 luxury townhomes. Indigo Reef is situated on 15 acres of lush landscaped grounds boasting some of the best open Gulf views in Marathon! Drive through the gate and arrive at this Middle Keys Gulf-front paradise! Conveniently located in Marathon, you are close to all the amenities including the private airport, but also feel like you are on your own private island oasis.

Salty Fare Too is a beautifully decorated, luxury, end unit townhome (1,600 s/f) with lots of natural light and offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. A spacious open floor plan allows you to take in the beautiful views of the grounds, pool and water. Downstairs you will find a well-equipped kitchen, half bathroom, eat in breakfast bar with quartz countertop, large dining area with seating for 6, and a large living space with a 65" smart TV. Through the french doors you will find an open-air covered porch with a table & chairs to enjoy a meal and rocking reclining hairs to view the fabulous Florida Keys sunsets. This townhome has everything you need!

Upstairs awaits with three bedrooms, with a split bedroom floor plan. Relax in a comfortable Tommy Bahama king bed in the luxurious private primary & ensuite. The covered porch with seating for two off the primary bedroom allows for spectacular views of the water and quiet time. Two guest bedrooms are located on the other side of the villa. One guest room is furnished with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds. All the bedrooms have smart TVs. There is a full size, front load washer and dryer in the unit.

Indigo Reef expands over 15 acres and your 2 beautiful balconies allow you to take it all in. Enjoy a huge gated pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The property also includes an indoor fitness room. Salty Fare Too has a dedicated covered parking spot right in front of the unit and your boat slip (35 ft maximum length) is just steps away from the back deck of the villa. Dock space #10. There are a few options for close off-site boat trailer parking.

Great week in Indigo Reef

Great place to stay. Easy access to the gulf by boat. Condo was clean, spacious and kitchen was very well stocked. Michelle was great to work with!

Great stay at Indigo Reef Resort! Our three-bedroom villa was updated, comfortable, and had a well-stocked kitchen that made it easy to cook several meals during our trip. The private boat slip directly behind the villa was incredibly convenient, and the pool, common areas, and dock facilities were all exceptionally well maintained. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Keys.

We had an amazing stay at Indigo Reef Unit 20! This was our first time staying in this unit, and you can immediately tell how much care has gone into it. The interior updates really make the place feel fresh, comfortable, and inviting. It honestly felt more like staying in someone’s home than a vacation rental. Everything was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing week in the Keys.Michele was fantastic to work with. She was quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and made the whole process simple from booking to check out. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests having a great experience.We were part of a group of around 55 people spread across eight different units at Indigo Reef, and everyone who stopped by commented on how nice Unit 20 was. It definitely stood out.We had such a great trip, and there’s no question we’ll be reaching out to Michele to book Unit 20 again for next year’s vacation. Thanks again for helping make another Keys trip one to remember!

This villa is very well appointed, it has everything you could possibly need. The bait cooler and rod holder are a big plus for fishing. Michelle was very timely with all communications and made sure our visit went well.
