Why they chose this property
This is a very inviting house full of positive energy. It is beautifully balanced, peaceful and safe. Cross the street to stone steps that lead to a picnic area and watch the changing tides, Maine wildlife and reversing falls. By the time the water reaches the Captains House the sun warms it up making it nice for swimming and kayaking. Historians say the salt water pond next to the house was a great swimming area for local children. Area beaches are beautiful, picturesque and great for finding little treasures. You will usually have them all to yourself. semi-private and only minutes away!
What makes this property unique
Go back in time, escape the rest of the world and relax! A great getaway. The ocean gives positive energy and strength. The tides are large and fun to watch. The "reversing falls" are right across the street. Swim in the warmer salt water pond next to the house.
