Your group will have plenty of space to spread out and relax, with room for up to 16 guests across four bedrooms and a spacious bonus room:

✦ Bedroom 2: Queen bed + Twin bed – ideal for parents and a child
✦ Bedroom 3: Queen bed + Twin bed – cozy and versatile for couples or friends
✦ Bedroom 4: Daybed with privacy curtain – three walls and a curtain create a semi-private sleeping nook
✦ Bonus Room (above garage): Three Queen beds – perfect for kids, cousins, or a group of friends to bunk together

❄️ Winter Note:
A snow removal service clears the driveway and walkway after snowfalls to keep your stay hassle-free.
-No commercial activities, illegal activities, or subletting are allowed.

-The number of guests must match the reservation. This can be changed up until the day of check-in.

-No visitors without approval—only registered guests may access the property.

-The hot tub cover must stay closed and secured with the strap when not in use.

-Pets are strictly prohibited—no exceptions. This includes emotional support animals (Incurs a $500 fine).

-No smoking or vaping indoors. Smoking and vaping are allowed outdoors, but guests must clean up after themselves. Cannabis use is prohibited anywhere on the property.

-Late check-outs without prior approval may result in a charge of $35 per hour, as cleaning schedules must be maintained for incoming guests.

-ATV`s & Snowmobiles: Guests must not ride on neighboring private property and should go directly to and from the trails. We value maintaining a good relationship with our neighbors, and guests are expected to respect their property and privacy.

-No Loud music or noises- respect the neighbors.

-No refunds for appliance, hot tub, sauna, or game failures (if applicable). No refunds for internet or power outages.

-Violation of these terms may result in eviction without refund and/or fines.

-A rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking. A link to e-sign the agreement will be sent via message after your reservation is confirmed. Failure to sign the rental agreement may result in cancellation of your booking.

-Use common sense and respect of neighbors and property.
