Relax & unwind on the front porch or sit in front of 2 fireplaces, or if you prefer our hot tub/sauna room located at our elegant Queen Anne Victorian, a village home located in the heart of Margaretville village. Also, located just 10 miles away from the villages of Roxbury, Bovina and Andes, and just minutes from New Kingston. Just 2.5 hours from NY City . Guests enjoy skiing, hiking, mountain biking kayaking canoeing, antique shopping just four blocks from main street Margaretville and much more nearby.
The Village Suites has 2 units, 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, two kitchens, two living rooms, barbecue, hot tub, WIFI and 2 fireplaces , yard, front and back porch and stream in the back. The house sleeps up to 12 or 6 per unit. No pets, and a 2 night minimum on weekends and 3 night minimum on some holidays is required on all peak season weekends. Rent for 1 night during the weekday or non peak weekends (non holiday periods) or weekly if needed.
Belleayre Ski center is 7 miles away and ski Plattekill is 10 miles away.
Belleayre beach is a ten minute drive. Area restaurants are in walking distance as are the shops and supermarket.

I know you will enjoy it here too. The Village suites is part of five outstanding properties that we rent including our Bed and Breakfast, a historic Inn on the National register of historic places, dating back to 1886, a working farm at the time, and now a country Inn. I enjoy running the Inn and I love to travel and stay at other bed and breakfasts and bring back our experiences to the Inn. Located in the village of Margaretville one can walk to most everything and soak up country life. The Catskill Mountains are a perfect vacation spot no matter what the season. If you are part of a wedding destination these rentals are close to all Roxbury,Bovina and Andes.
What makes this property unique
The Catskill Mountains and the views what more can I say? Rural farmland allows you get away from big city headaches and pollution. We have fresh produce, sweet smelling air and, clean water. Walk down a long country road, pick wildflowers and hear the sweet songs of birds. Nature at its best.
