Enjoy the homey feeling you will get here either vacationing or professionally traveling. A 14 day minimum with no pets or young children in a private adult setting of only 21 condos tucked away yet close by everything one could need. Private patio and quiet neighborhood. Hop in the car and your only 6 miles from Kootenai Medical Center and downtown Coeur d Alene. I do NOT use INSTANT BOOK as we prefer to communicate via text or phone and screen our guests. Just message me on the site! We occasionally will stay when in town at our delightful condo so want to make sure it stays homey to all. Super clean and well stocked is what makes it so homey besides the decor is beautiful!

Have lived in this area most of my life. Just sold my home I used for short term rentals past years and purchased this charming condo is a very quiet community yet so close to town. I am hoping to meet some great professionals who are looking for 21 days or longer to stay.

Quiet and well maintained area. These condo's are especially well kept and the neighbors are delightful.

What makes this property unique

In the middle of a gated 55 and older community and an assisted living center opposite the condo! Very quiet and well situated condo living. Close to everything yet very private feeling.
