This quiet, cozy, well-lit basement apartment sits on a one-acre lot in a peaceful neighborhood of beautiful Coeur d'Alene. We are just down the street from a dog park/pickle ball courts/playground, and easy access to multiple walking and biking trails that lead you to the Spokane river and beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene. We are centrally located with easy access to multiple restaurants, shops and grocery stores. We would love you host you for a relaxing stay in our beautiful city.
