Patrick was a great host and responded to messages very quickly. The condo is beautiful and in a great location. Walking distance to many attractions. Condo was spacious and had everything we needed for our week on stay. Highly recommend.

Location, location, location. If you want to stay in a fantastic property and with a super downtown location, this is the property! I stayed at the property for 2 months and it was the best VRBO experience I have ever had. You can easily walk anywhere downtown. Food, bars and shopping are all within blocks of this location.

Ideal location and setup!

I found this apartment 2 months before needing to work at the State Capitol, and couldn't have picked a better location! The owner, Patrick, was a wonderful host, incredibly responsive, and easy to work with. The entire setup was perfect for what was needed for 5-1/2 months. The location is in the heart of downtown: tons of restaurants, bars, entertainment and includes parking in a garage that is 1/2 block away. I hope for an opportunity to stay here again in the near future.

Great location, everything you need for a long or short stay

This spacious condo was exactly what I needed for my 6 week work trip to Austin. It had a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, towels/linen, plenty of storage/closet space, and an on-site gym. A great home away from home! The condo was located in a very convenient location downtown - plenty of bars, restaurants, and supermarkets within walking distance, and lots of bus stops nearby too (for those without a car). Patrick was a great host and very responsive to my queries, and gave me some great food recommendations. I would definitely stay here again.

Just about everywhere in downtown Austin is walkable. It's close to the entertainment districts but far enough away to be quiet.

What makes this property unique

It includes everything needed to cook including seasoning and spices. You can make yourself at home with enough room to have friends over with more than enough plates, drink ware and the like.
