Smoking & Vaping: No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including decks, patios, and outdoor areas. There will be a $500 fee if someone smokes in the home.
Guests & Gatherings: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Please be sure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests, and notify us in advance if changes are needed. Parties or events are not allowed.
Pets: We love welcoming pups to the cabin and hope yours has a fantastic stay! To help ensure their safety and the comfort of all our guests, we ask that you follow a few simple rules:
1. Leashes & Safety: Please keep your dog on a leash when outdoors. The property is not fenced, and we are in bear country. We also have frequent deer visitors and a large, wooded yard—while it’s beautiful, it’s easy for an excited pup to run off and get lost.
2. Please do not leave your dog unattended inside the cabin. The top deck has a locking gate and is a great spot for your dog to enjoy some off-leash time in a secure area.
3. If your dog enjoys a dip in the lake or river, please use the towels provided and leave them on the laundry room floor after use.
4. Kindly pick up after your dog and dispose of all waste in the trash in the bear bin to keep the yard clean and wildlife at bay.
Furniture Policy: We ask that dogs stay off the furniture as much as possible and that you bring your own dog bed. If your pup has a tendency of jumping on the couch, please use the dog blanket provided to protect the upholstery.
Old Fire Pit: Please do not use the old fire pit in the back of the house. We no longer have permits for fires due to the high wildfire risk in the area.
Guest Pass: Return guest pass to booklet if used for lake or pool. If you lose the pass, you will be fined $50 for replacement (the HOA charges us for replacing passes).
Thank you for helping us keep the cabin clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone—two-legged and four-legged guests alike!

Great place, great host - had everything we needed
Everything worked out perfectly. This house is exactly as described, and more. Easy checkin in/check out, well equipped with everything you need (and things you didn't even know you'd need). Definitely will look to stay here again

We had a fantastic stay in Arnold! Kim was a wonderful host, and the property was immaculate. We loved all the cozy comforts of the home, and all the thoughtful details. We were welcomed by a lovely bottle of wine and sweets, and felt right at home. Thank you so much! We can't wait to be back!
