This house is located in a nice quiet community that is perfect for a family getaway. The community has a pool, playground, basketball court, and volleyball court. This home has a hot tub and plenty of room for the family.

The lower level has a bedroom with a pyramid bunk and trundle. There is a common bathroom. The air hockey/pool table and a perfect hang-out area for the kids.

Middle level: Bedroom with a King, Bedroom with a Queen, and a shared bathroom. The primary bedroom with a king bed and bathroom is also on this floor with a private balcony.

Top-level: Living room with a balcony to spend time with the family playing games or watching movies. Full-size kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances.

Perfect for our trip

This house was perfect for our family for this trip. Check in went very smoothly and everything was very clean upon our arrival. The property management company connected with us before we arrived to give us some information and our questions during our stay were answered promptly. The location was good, a short drive to the grocery store, bagel shop, ice cream, etc. About a 10 min walk to the beach which was nice. Our 4 year old loved playing on the playground which was right behind the house. There were also lots of fun games/toys for the kids. We didn’t get a chance to use the community pool but the pool area looked very nice. The house is quite “vertical” with lots of stairs and the kitchen on the top floor, so we were up and down quite a bit. Overall a nice stay in Corolla!

Great house for family!

We have stayed at many homes around the country and this was one of the cleanest, so far! The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub was a big hit with the teens. Great location and an easy walk to the beach! The yard was great for the dog too. I did have to contact maintenance for a minor item and they came right out and took care of the issue. They were very courteous and wanted to make sure we were happy with everything. A minor suggestion would be to offer bath mats. We had enough towels for everyone, but not enough to step onto when we got out of the shower. The only other thing I would recommend is improved communication. Before our trip, I sent a message in the VRBO app, emailed the rental company (two times), and called (I left a message). I never received a response to my question. I did finally get someone on the phone and they answered my question. That's why I marked down communication. Otherwise, this is a great place and we would defiinitely stay again!
