It's our second time staying here. A very comfortable cabin. Great location. Plenty of room for our dog to run. Close to town. Highly recommended.

The cabin and the surrounding land were perfect! We were close to town but felt like we were secluded at the cabin. It’s a lovely place and we thoroughly enjoyed it!

Thank you for sharing your experience so warmly, and we hope to have you back soon. Thank you.
The cabin is great. Location, amenities, cleanliness all excellent. Our only issue is that the hot tub water was very dirty and discolored. So much so that we were not able to use it. Otherwise, we would stay again.
We absolutely fell in love with this cabin! It was the perfect size for me, my husband and our dog. Our dog, Murphy enjoyed all the property he had to roam. It is so peaceful and tons of wildlife. Perfect location!!! Very easy access. The cabin was very clean and cozy, I especially appreciated all of the blankets on the couches and in each bedroom. It was nice to have at night as it was in the mid 20’s during our stay. We will 100% book this cabin again for our next trip to Blue Ridge.

Thrilled to hear that everything was so enjoyable and that the cabin met your expectations perfectly! It’s wonderful that the hot tub, grill, kitchen, and fire pit all added to your experience, and that your dog had a blast running around outside. Knowing that every detail felt spotless and easy for you truly makes us happy. Your kind words mean a lot, and it’s always great to host guests who appreciate the little touches that make a stay special. We hope to have you back soon, thank you.
We really enjoyed our week long stay in this cabin. The location was perfect, felt quiet and secluded but very quick, easy drive to town. The cabin was perfect for my husband and myself with our dog. The yard is large and beautiful, a wonderful front porch view. The cabin was clean and cute, everything worked perfectly. The door code is great for easy access. We enjoyed the gas fireplace in the evenings and mornings. The hot tub was a great bonus and has a beautiful view of the yard, but no visible neighbors. We loved the area, lots to do within an easy drive! And the train tracks, no noisy trains just a local pedal car tour that passes by twice a day. If you’re looking for a nice quiet place with a large open (not fenced) yard for the dog, this place is great!
This place was overall a 10! Super easy to find, right off the highway but far enough back to not hear all the business from the cars. It was so cute! Very cozy and very clean! I had to work and Verizon was down throughout blue ridge but thankfully they had great wifi! The property sis very peaceful and the hot tub was a plus! I have zero complaints. If you’re looking for relaxation that is close to everything, this is the place! Thank you!

So glad to hear you had such a wonderful time! It’s great that the location was perfect for both relaxation and convenience, and that the Wi-Fi was reliable when you needed it. We’re thrilled you enjoyed the cozy and peaceful vibe, plus the hot tub! Your kind words truly mean a lot, and we can’t wait to welcome you back whenever you're ready for another relaxing getaway.
Loved the space and was very clean. We woke up to see deers, turkeys, and bunnies. The firepit was a great place to spend time. We also watched the rain on the portch. This was a great trip with our three year old. She had a blast running around. Great family trip!Would suggest two things: 1. Dresser for cloths. we had to live out of our suitcases, unless the cloths could be hung up. 2. Add a trail map. We didn't want to go on anyone elses property. Tried texting and calling, but never got an answer of where we could walk.

Thank you so much for sharing such a sweet review—it makes us happy to hear your family had such a fun and relaxing trip. We absolutely love that you got to enjoy the wildlife and cozy moments by the firepit and porch. Your thoughtful suggestions about the dresser and trail map are genuinely helpful, and we’ll look into them to make future stays even better. Hope to welcome you back soon for more special memories!
Carter's cozy cabin has an amazing view around the entire cabin. We saw several deer throughout our stay. The house was accurately described. It does have a gravel drive in front of the house that leads to other houses. It has well water, which I personally loved.
The shower head was to tall for me to reach. So i had to ask for help and hold it while I was showering. The water pressure was not great in the shower. The curtain in the shower was molded so I had to use a bath cloth to wipe it off.
I would recommend another piece of furniture in the bedrooms, so you have somewhere to put your clothes. I had to lay my clothes on the bed we weren't using.
I overall enjoyed my stay at Carter's cozy cabin.
