Weekend Stay

We were in town for a swim meet hosted by University of Evansville. Perfect distance from the pool and lots of walkable places to eat and go out. Very pet friendly and perfect space for us.

Great Downtown location!

The nice, quiet downtown 1-bedroom apartment with balcony and view was perfect for our 5-day trip. The property was thoughtfully prepared for guests and we appreciated the fruit and coffeemaker. Underground parking is a plus for safety with easy access. My only suggestion would be to provide a second key. We will try to stay here again, if it is available. Thank you! D&R

The apartment was very clean. Very safe. Places around were very quaint and good! Local restaurants were very good! Host had a excellent place to stay! Very clean and communication with host to get keys and information was excellent! Definitely booking again in the future!!!!
