Great location!

The location of this property is amazing close walking distance to everything… offers great apartment suite with all the fixings needed, two pools, two hot tubs, gym and a mini market right outside the complex… it also offers parking which I thought was great and was not expecting. I ended up renting a car to be able to park on complex.. overall a great experience

Great home away from home!

This building and apartment exceeded my expectations. The area of town was safe, a short walk to all amenities, and 5 minutes to the public beach. The rooftop pool and hottub were clean and well maintained making for a great area to relax. The staff were very helpful, polite, and welcoming. I will definitely be renting here again in the future!

It appeared as pictured. It could use some instructions in English how to use the Washer/Dryer combo, and needs some work on the Sewer Gas odor that took over the condo mid week. We did contact management and they were responsive, but it only got worse.The roof top pool was nice, and the front desk was friendly and helpful.

I booked a 3 week stay and only stayed for one night. The unit was as pictured and was enough space for 2 people. The unit was clean and it had lots of natural light. It’s in a great location and the building itself is nice and well maintained.The unit was not available at the time of check in which was disappointing. To make matters worse, when we did finally check in, we were met with a very strong odor of sewage. It was BAD. The company knew that this issue existed in this unit, yet they still allow people to book. However, they did try to relocate us but the units they had available did not have the amenities we desired. We ended up leaving and booking somewhere else. Overall I would not recommend this place but if this wouldn’t be an issue for you, then it would be a great spot. Vacasa offered a fair resolution.
