Very Clean & Magnificent - 2nd floor 2 BRs & a spacious den/office unit in a gated community - very close to Bonita Beach Rd / Tamiami Trl in Bonita Springs! The primary bedroom offers ensuite bathroom, large walk-in closet & views. The large guest bedroom is privately tucked away at the front of the unit, close to a 2nd full bath. The large lanai is where you will delight in daily relaxation with amazing views. Observe nature as you sip your morning coffee or evening cocktails w/friends & family. The property also has tennis, pickle-ball, shuffleboard, bocce, well-equipped gym with a large clubhouse pool PLUS 2 additional smaller pools near the unit, along with an amazing ‘pay to play’ golf course.
Brand new professional grade water heater was just installed in July 2025.
And for those of us who may need to work remotely while enjoying the area – Private high speed Wi-Fi, two 27” monitors, large desk area with white board and printer is provided for you.
Enjoy Bonita Fairway's proximity to everything SWFL is known for -- famous beaches, world class shopping & dining, entertainment venues.
We also provide beach chairs, towels and toys in the condo for you as well.
30-day rental required at a minimum, 10% discount provided if rented 3 or more months in a row!
