Enjoy this upgraded 2 Bdrm 2 Bath plus den with dedicated work space with wifi. It also has a trundle bed(has 2 twin beds), On the first floor there is granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Walk out the lanai and into the pool. This complex is fully equipped with fitness room, multiple pools. tennis courts, shuffle board, pickle ball and bocce courts. Has a beautiful community room with a Billiards room. This is a gated community only minutes to Barefoot/Bonita Beach and has a beautiful pay as you play golf course. Close to shopping and restaurants. This unit is rented by the month except during high season (January-March) must be rented in a 3 month minimum.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

We rent the condo during the high season from January 1st-March 31 as a block. You may rent more time but during the high season we rent in a 3 month block as a minimum.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1.When checking out please make sure to take all used linens and place in washer. 2. Do all your dishes and 3. take garbage out to garbage cans.

What a great place!!

Really enjoyed our 3 month stay at Jackie's place. GREAT location, friendly complex with tons to do. We could not have asked for a more relaxing time and Jackie was great if we ever had any questions. All in all, an outstanding time.

Very enjoyable stay!Great location, pool was steps away from unit,golf course on site. Beaches,restaurants and shopping all a short drive away. The rental was very clean, and comfortable. Any questions were answered quickly by owners.Friendly community, would definitely recommend this place to all !

Great Getaway

Great getaway in a nice place in a nice neighbourhood. The grounds were beautiful, pool and amenities were great. The family had a blast playing pickleball, and the weight room is new, clean and very functional. The owner is very responsive and helpful as well. The neighbours are nice and friendly. I would go back if the opportunity presents itself.

Beautiful Property

I am a seasoned world traveler. I have stayed in many places and in many countries; however, this is the first property I have stayed in that looks EXACTLY like the pictures. This property is spacious, roomy, and centrally located between Naples and Fort Myers. There is enough space to sleep 6 easily. The kitchen is large and can accommodate entertaining. It came fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and cooking utensils. The only thing I had to do was buy food. Cleaning supplies, linens and towels are also supplied. There is a full sized washer and dryer are adjacent to the kitchen. The bathrooms are nice, one is ADA friendly. The property is right next to the swimming pool area. Since this property is between two larger cities, I had the option of going to either city for cultural activities. This property is five minutes from four major grocery stores, restaurants, fitness clubs, hair and nail salons, gas stations and is eight minutes from Bonita Beach. The area is quiet and virtually crime free. The neighbors are friendly, but not intrusive. I was able to contact the owner by email or phone call. I had no problems working with the property management company also. When I return to this area, I will definitely return to this property if it is available.
