In the main house, historic character meets contemporary refinement. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 2.5 spa-inspired baths, and a chef’s kitchen with premium appliances, this home is designed for both relaxation and inspiration. Soak in the private 6-person jacuzzi, unwind in the chic living room, or gather around the rustic wood dining table under glowing pendant lights. High ceilings, heritage brick details, and curated décor set the stage for a memorable stay.



Tucked just behind, the Carriage House offers a cozy private retreat with a king bedroom, open-concept living area, and a spa-inspired bathroom. Blending classic charm with modern finishes, it’s perfect for couples, solo travelers, or anyone seeking a quiet sanctuary within reach of the city.



Whether you’re here for an extended stay, a family trip, or a refined city escape, this property gives you the best of both worlds: spacious luxury and intimate comfort—all just minutes from the West Side Market, Ohio City, Tremont, Edgewater Park, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and Cleveland’s top dining and attractions.



Other Things to Note

✹ This house sits in a quiet residential neighborhood. This house is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.



✹ Contactless check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a door code for entry/exit will be provided.



✹ This home has been lovingly curated for out-of-town guests! We love to host guests who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.



✹ While we appreciate the interest in staying with us, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are seeking an alternate venue for their affairs or events. We reserve the right to turn away such guests.



✹ Please advise us of any allergies or sensitivities ahead of time so we can better prepare for your reservation.



✹ The rental rate does not include a daily housekeeping service. The unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for longer stays for an additional fee.



✹ Please gather excess trash and place it in large receptacles at the front side of the house.

✹ To accommodate all group sizes, we charge additional fees per person after the fourth person.



✹ We ask our guests to enjoy and treat our house with the same love and respect as they would their own.



✹ For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests, SMOKING is NOT allowed inside the house.



✹ Moving or rearranging furniture within the property is strictly prohibited. Our team has carefully designed the layout for optimal functionality and aesthetics. This rule is in place to maintain the property’s condition and to prevent potential damage.



✹ Check-in is at 4 pm onwards and check-out time is at 10 am. Late check-outs will incur a fee of $65 per hour. After 2 hours, the rate increases to $130 per hour.



✹ Undeclared guests in the reservation are not allowed inside the property.



✹ STRICT QUIET HOURS 10PM - 7AM "Especially Outdoor"



✹ Damage to the property will incur the following charges:



✔ Pet Cleanup: $500 - $1000 (minimum), depending on the severity

✔ Party Cleanup: $750 Minimum

✔ Smoking Remediation: $700

✔ Damaged Towels: $20 Each

✔ Damaged Linens: $30 Each

✔ Comforter: $200

✔ Duvet Cover: $100



✹ Please note that there are exterior security cameras for monitoring. A noise monitoring device is installed inside the property.



✹ Guests must complete a check-in form, upload a valid ID for identity verification, and sign a rental agreement.



✹ Please note that by booking, you consent to a third party screening your identity and checking criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms for guest screening can be requested from the property manager. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam folder for this email and contact the property manager with any.



Guest Access:

You'll have the entire house and carriage house in the back, with contactless check-in and will be given a door code for entry/exit. Hot tub and other outdoor amenities are included.
