About this property

Located in a peaceful quiet neighborhood, this 4 bedroom house features a hot tub on a large deck.
This location is perfect for those that want to hike, mountain bike or explore the great outdoors. This neighborhood is bordered by the Fallen Leaf Lake with miles of trails for hiking, cross country skiing and snow shoeing.

This classic Tahoe House features a front and large back yard with hot tub and picnic table and gas bbq. The main floor is centered around a warm and rustic pine living room with gas fireplace, flat screen tv and plenty of seating. The modern kitchen but the tools are there to keep the family fed and happy.
Upper Floor one bedroom and a half bath
Lower floor there are three bedrooms and a full bath with shower.
The master bedroom has with walk in closet and full on -suite bathroom.
The 4th bedroom has one bunk bed and one twin bed.

New heaters in all the bedrooms so with those and the gas fireplace will be warm and a great place to relax.

If the family is looking for a peaceful spot to gather together to relax and play this cabin may just be the spot for you. It is located approximately 5 minutes from the South Lake Tahoe of the with local favorite restaurants: Cafes, Bars and restaurants Raleys, Pizza and Raleys Supermarket.
In the summer there are two nearby golf courses: Tahoe Paradise Golf Course and Lake Tahoe Golf Course.
In the winter there Tahoe Tube is open on the Tahoe Paradise Golf Course.

Sierra At Tahoe Ski Resort is back up the mountain approximately 20 minutes away, Heavenly Ski Resort is 20-25 minutes away depending on traffic.

Perfect Stay

This was an amazing place to stay! 4 bedrooms was plenty of space for our group. Good location for skiing Kirkwood and Heavenly. Joe was very communicative whenever we had any questions. Would definitely stay again!

Great Neighborhood

Great home base for our ski vacation. Plenty of room in the house with a nice layout. Lots of items left in the fridge and freezer from prior guests, suggest throwing out opened items in the future. Roads were plowed and we were incredibly comfortable for our stay. Loved that they had a garage. Would definitely stay again.

Like staying at a friend's house

This owner's philosophy is great for visitors. The four bedroom house is very well equipped, not stripped down to not even having coffee filters like some. They leave the little things: spices, coffee, left over unopened food from prior tenants for you. Saves lots of time on the shopping trip. The beds are in great shape and the two living rooms allow space foe tv, reading and our puzzle. We are four adult skiers with two cars. We liked the property a lot. The location is 15 minutes from Heavenly and 45 from Kirkwood Ski Resorts. Would stay there again.

Home away from home

It was a nice location very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, but close enough to the action of Casinos in south lake, restaurants of many different choices of foods, dine in or take out. Close enough to enjoy Kirkwood or heavenly and nice roads that were safe to drive. We had snowfall from one day to the next and had our own sledding area and played in the snow! Definitely a do over
