Located in the laid-back city of Apollo Beach, 30 minutes away from Tampa.
This home is very spacious and luxurious, with so much to offer. It has a huge game room with a pool table, ping pong, skeeball, foosball, connect 4 and more.
The back patio area is perfect for your BBQ. Along with a private pool & a dining area.
In the house you will find a kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms & living room

Upon entering the home, you are greeted with a large modern living room with comfortable leather sofas and 75" TV.

Master Bedroom:
King size bed with master bathroom shower

2nd Bedroom:
Queen size bed

3rd Bedroom:
2 twin size beds that can convert to a king-size bed.

Kitchen:
Fully stocked kitchen with all pots, pans, coffee makers, coffee, coffee pods, microwave, toaster, blender...

Dining room:
Modern dining room that sits 6 people

Game room:
New pool table, full size ping pong, foosbal table, skee ball, connect 4 and family board games, kids books and adult books.

Pool:
Pleny of seating to enjoy the backyard and the pool.
Outdoor dining for 6 people
Outdoor seating for 6 people

Guests have access to the whole house.
Garage is private and not available for guest usage. Large driveway outside that can easily accommodate 6 cars.

We live right by and are always available to answer any questions or offer suggestions or recommendations

Quite neighborhood. Apollo beach preserve and waterfornt restaurant are all within 10 minutes bike ride or short walk.

Bike or walk to stores and restaurnants. Drive or ride to Tampa, St Pete and Major gulf beaches.

●Early/Late Check-in/Check out:
From time to time, we might be able to offer early check-in or late check out. Please message in advance if possible. $50 charge to cover extra labor for expediated cleaning.

●Solar heated pool: With Florida sunshine the soalr pool heater equipped with 5 solar panels on the roof will raise the pool water to a swimmable temperature. Solar blanket is also available to help retain temperature from dropping at night.
•Please enjoy the pool and the outdoors without touching or attempting to operate pool equipment
• No pets, No parties and No smoking allowed ($400 fine applies for violation)
•Please use the driveway for parking
