The Nest a Cozy Cabin at Table Rock Lake - two blocks to water, large deck

This updated cabin is the perfect getaway. After a day of boating, fishing or hiking, you can lounge on the deck, cozy up in the living room, or fall asleep in one of the comfy beds. We are located just two blocks off the water.

The Space:
This two bed, one bath cabin is the ideal place to getaway with family or friends!

The cabin has a large covered front porch, outdoor fire pit, and a BBQ grill.

There’s enough parking space for a boat trailer, so feel free to bring your boat as the boat ramp is only two blocks down the road!

- All docks in walking distance are private and unfortunately cannot be used by guests.
- Guests can rent a slip at Big M or Eagle Rock Marina (15 mins by car, almost 10 by boat).
- There is also public lake access (with a swim beach) by Big M Marina and a roped off swimming area at the Eagle Rock Corp of Engineers Campground.

Other Details to Note:
We do not have WiFi at any of our properties, the perfect excuse to disengage with technology and relax in nature! If you do need internet or want to hook up to the smart TV, you can connect it to your hotspot (Verizon gets the best cell service). We also have a DVD Player with an assortment of movies and a variety of board games & puzzles for the family!

The cabin was super cozy and nice. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. It made it super nice to have someplace to stay where we could cook our own meals too. The bathroom was great and the living area was comfortable when we wanted to relax. Would definitely stay again.

Eagle Nest get away

This is a very cozy cabin. Very clean homey feeling. We saw eight deer coming in the yard and walking by the cabin. Took a walk down by the lake and had many great memories fun times

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Nest!! We chose to spend our Christmas here and we're very glad we did. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the porch in the morning and taking in the view from the front porch. The scenery is beautiful and the atmosphere is peaceful. The cabin is well-appointed and furnished with all the comforts of a home away from home. The hosts graciously provided a lot of wonderful little extras too, including having decorated for Christmas with a beautiful tree and precious little Christmasy touches throughout the cabin!! The only things we were not in love with were the fact that when you walk into the cabin there's a pretty strong musty odor. Also, the cabin is not as secluded as we would have preferred. It was mostly quiet, but when the neighbors had company during the Christmas weekend it was quite noisy and boisterous at times. Still, all in all, we would definitely return!! Thank you, Stew and Mary, for a wonderful 4-night stay!! We pray that God blesses y'all in every area of your lives and that He prospers all your endeavors.

Great place! Great customer service:) this was the perfect cozy little place to hang out while we visited family for the holidays. I marked down 1 star because virbo sent wrong door code. Had to stand out in the cold until I could contact the host for correct code. Otherwise, wonderful experience.

So quiet, so peaceful, and just beautiful

This cabin fills all the expectations that one needs when disconnecting from today's world. Beautiful inside and out, just what we needed. Extremely comfortable, decorated to a T, and well one just has to see to believe. We will definitely come back, as this trip was a base for research in surrounding counties, next time will be to fish! Can't wait.

What a great stay!

This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had. I’d like to first mention the cleanliness. Wow! There wasn’t a speck of dust, the bathroom was immaculate, as was the kitchen. The floors were spotless (and beautiful). The big front porch was a dream, and we spread out in the spacious living room. The kitchen had everything we needed-pots, pans, utensils, cooking tools, and a nice oven- and the bedrooms were very clean with fresh bedding. There’s space in both bedrooms for a pack n play, if needed. The hot water worked well, and the washer and dryer were a great bonus!The refrigerator was also amazingly clean, and there’s an ice maker in the freezer. Another great bonus. This is a perfect place for friends, and family of all ages. Cant wait to come back, thank you!
