Laguna Reef has it's own waterfront pool/hot tub and beachfront land and it's just a 4-minute drive from the Rockport Beach Park and a 24-minute drive from the stunning Aransas National Wildlife Refuge. Our condo & property offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. There is a lighted, 1000 ft. fishing pier and waterfront land to sit and enjoy the views or soak up some sun!

As a traveler, you'll delight in the array of amenities that await you. Soak up the sun by the outdoor pool on the waterfront or unwind in the soothing hot tub, fish on the 1000 Foot Lighted pier and stay connected with the free WIFI. Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee maker and all the necessary cookware and utensils to whip up delicious meals that you can enjoy on dining table inside or outside on the balcony table. Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn the AC up to 78 before you leave. Turn heat to 68 when you leave.
Leave sheets on beds. Trash-if only 1 bag, leave in kitchen trash can. If more than 1 bag, take them to the dumpster at the corner of the parking lot. Do not drag leaking trash- it stains concrete.
Rinse dishes to get food off and then load and start the dishwasher before you leave or wash dishes by hand. Add glass coffee pot if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage in Rockport Txthe cottage was was very clean and comfortable, we had everything we neededthe atmosphere was so relaxing and made us feel as if we were a home away from home.location was perfect and close to the beach, restaurants, and shopsThe host was very nice and was prompt to answer any questions we had, which made our stay and experience even better. A nice quiet place to stay on the water in Rockport. Close to downtown with nice restaurants and shops. Condo was comfortable although somewhat outdated. Bed was comfortable and shower worked well. We didn't cook there at all but seemed to be ample supplies. TV worked well. Overall a very nice place to stay in Rockport.

It was awesome! We loved our stay and room. The balcony was lovely and we enjoyed sitting out watching the water. The room came with lots of items and we didn’t need anything while we were there! I would definitely book this room again!

GREAT LOCATION!

The condo has a good size and layout in a great location. The air conditioning is effective, and we loved sitting on the back patio. However, the unit is a bit outdated and could benefit from a deep clean, overall I would recommend this place to future visitors.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Laguna Reef VRBO. It is a perfectly located waterfront home base - close to old town Rockport and the marina and in easy reach of restaurants and shops. Our hosts, the Hunters, were very responsive and made sure we had all of the information we needed for a smooth check-in. The entire condo was spic and span from top to bottom and stocked with everything you would expect. This one-bedroom condo is well laid out and maximizes the space. The spacious balcony faces the ocean. It was our hangout for morning coffee and watching sunrises and sunsets. Since we had a rainstorm during our visit, we also got to watch a thunderstorm move across the ocean horizon - spectacular! There is a long pier directly in front of the property that was great for fishing and just taking a walk out over the water. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great getaway!

Beautiful

The Condo was very nice!!! The property was very clean close to the water which we liked!! The hosts were amazing, I had to call them because I couldn’t get the cable on the tv figured out but she walked me through it over the phone and was very kind!! I will definitely be staying here again!!

Property was good out side furniture chairs could use an upgrade but they worked fishing peer was perfect for us caught the fish we were after (black drum) would like to share pictures but doesn’t allow

We love the Texas coastline and the towns of Rockport/Fulton! There is nothing better than the waterfront views from our condo balcony! We enjoy having a glass of wine and watching the colors of the water and sky change. I especially enjoy eating diner on our table top for 4 on our balcony.
