Great location close to so many great wineries and food, about 40min to sleeping bear dunes. And less than 15min to Christmas cove beach. House has everything you need to feel right at home. Will definitely be back in the future.
This property worked great for our girlfriend get away! We each had our own bedroom and plenty of living space. The only down side was that it is close to a pretty busy road and the fire pit was in an awkward place. We would however rent it again in the future!

Great location and nice house
Exactly as advertised. Peaceful, nice, and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. Very close to Northport and not far from all the other charming towns in the peninsula. Plenty to do in the area and also nice to hang around the house and enjoy the grounds.

The location was perfect. Northport is a great place and we had a beautiful week exploring the area. Cleanliness is my highest priority and the reviews gave high ratings. I was disappointed to find that the place wasn’t actually clean (eg. mouse droppings were found on the counter tops).
We visited Roger’s place for a weekend fishing trip on East/West Bay. Location is perfect as you have boat launch’s just a few miles both north and south. House is perfect, and accommodating for 5 guys who are really tired. One thing to mention is that my father is 85 and doesn’t do stairs well. Great to find the master bedroom on the main floor to help ease his visit while us younger men had plenty of room upstairs. We will absolutely visit Roger again!
Rogers place is great. He has everything you need already set up and communicates very well if there is a problem he will fix it. The layout is great for a family it is big enough you never feel crowded. The front porch is an excellent gathering place and fire pit is perfect. Some of the land is wooded with a nice creek running through it. This is my family's 3rd time at his house and we will be back next year if it is still available. Thanks for everything Roger.
Great location, close to tourist sites and nice owner. The only issue was we did not know the house did not have central air conditioning and we had a particularly hot week for the area. The VRBO site is miss leading "has AC", "forced air", no pictures of window AC units etc... In fact the house has "Forced Air Heat only" and "three (3) window AC units, two (2) of which worked (bedroom and 1st floor). The 2nd floor master bedroom and pink front bedroom were unusable to do excess 85+F temps. We moved a bed into the living room and moved it back when done for the master and combined two adults into the double twin bed bedroom with AC window unit.
Hello! We had an excellent stay and enjoyed how close it was to everything! It was very easy communication between us and the property owners and almost everything was provided in the home! We would definitely recommend staying here and we would love to stay again!! Thank you for everything!
We had a brief stay for Thanksgiving weekend and were happy to find out that Northport was having a tree lighting ceremony and other festivities. The property was a nice accommodation, with enough beds for a large group and let everyone have their own space. The kitchen had all the amenities that you could want. The living room is very large with a large screen tv with Direct TV, good for watching football!
Overall, an enjoyable stay.
Property was perfect for 3 couples to stay comfortably, and most importantly seating for all of us around the dinner table and living room. We cooked food, drank wine and had a great time, will book again.
My husband and I and our dog, so enjoyed this home. It was an old, cozy, clean, country home. We came to celebrate our birthdays and getaway together, to see the beautiful fall colors. We love how close to downtown Northport the house was. Our dog Thor loved being able to go outside in the very spacious yard. We also enjoyed a nice hike down a seasonal road close by that had nothing but trees of beautiful colors. We look forward to staying here again for our Fall Birthday weekend. Thank you for hospitality and being able to check out later.
