Clean, bright apartment with AC and private yard!

Built in 2017, approximately 600 square feet, 2 room apartment. Walk in to a wide open kitchen/living room combination with a pull out couch. Big windows with wide trim, recessed lights and central air along with driftwood grey oak floors. There is one small bedroom with a full size bed and a full bathroom that has a tub/shower combination. The apartment is above a garage so there is a flight of stairs to access it. There is a cottage on the property as well that is rented separately. There's a small fenced in yard for your use with a patio set and a grill.

Gina was super responsive with check-in and check-out questions! Apartment was very nice - lots of living room space, very clean on arrival, and had no issues. Was perfect for a 4 night stay, super nice being in between Edgartown & Oak Bluffs, close to Edgartown beach & South Beach.

Long Weekend in Edgartown

The apartment was perfect for a long weekend for my wife and I. Convenient location right on the bike bath, and a short ride/drive to downtown Edgartown. A few minor issues during our stay but the host was responsive and these were resolved. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Perfect for what we needed

We were at family wedding events all weekend. We needed a clean safe place that was convenient (walking distance) to town. The apartment was just right for us. The cleaning, service, security & damage fees were too high.

lovely above garage cottage

The stay was lovely. On a main road in Edgartown and a bus ride or 7 min drive from "downtown". Easy to navigate check in and check out and incredibly responsive host. Some houses nearby were a bit loud some nights (a Wednesday and Thursday night) but it's to be expected for a beach town. Flat was well kept and not cluttered.

Another Perfect Stay…

This was our second summer stay at Gina’s place. It’s perfectly suited to our family (2parents, 2kids ages 12 & 9). The location is so convenient to Edgartown and Stop n’ Shop. The place feels clean and new yet homey. AC is great. Two TV’s with cable and apps. Everything we need and nothing we don’t. Can’t wait to come back.
