Welcome to your tranquil mountain retreat! The property is located in a quiet neighborhood just miles from the Palisades Reservoir and the Snake River. Perfect for family and friends with activities for all ages; fishing, hiking, horseback riding, snowmobiling. Spend the day visiting Jackson Hole, WY (1hour), Yellowstone National Park (2.5 hours), Teton National Park (1.5 hours), and Mesa Falls (2 hours).


The Space:
Newly renovated, our secluded mountain house on 1 acre offers a private vacation retreat, surrounded by the beauty of nature. Our house offers a blend of rustic elegance and modern comforts. The open-plan living plan has vaulted ceilings, spacious kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and laundry room. Enjoy the window views that frame the beautiful, wooded landscape and wildlife.

Local Attractions:
While our mountain house is a secluded paradise, you're never too far from adventure. Visit the small town of Swan Valley for unique shops, grocery and restaurants, or embark on outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, mountain biking, and boating.

We have 2 security cameras that face out to the driveway only. These are for wildlife and security only, and are not constantly monitored.

Awesome Place

We loved the cabin. Very private location, but the general store and other places are 10-15 minutes away. Super close to Fall Creek Falls, and just over an hour to Idaho Falls and Jackson, WY. Ryan was great to work with, and they have everything that you need for cooking or anything else. Very peaceful location and relaxing place. We have a great time.

Excellent place

Came up for a church retreat with friends in our experience was wonderful Ryan. The host was very concerned with doing all that he could do to make our stay the best and he did enjoyed the hummingbirds that they had there. Cleanliness was superb. I am a house cleaner professional the place was just adorable. Planning on staying there again this time next year.

Fantastic Home

Stayed for a couple nights on a fishing trip. The property both inside and out is way better even than the listing shows. Immaculate and every appliance/utensil a person could need. Ryan was super easy to get ahold of and responded immediately to every need. Would absolutely book again!

So clean and beautifully decorated!!

We enjoyed our stay so much!! The check in process was so easy, the home was clean and inviting!! My teenage boys loved coming back "home" after long days in Yellowstone and Grand Tetons. We used the kitchen a few times to make dinner and breakfast and it had everything we needed. (There is a great grocery in Alpine that we visited a few times.) The laundry room was so nice to have so I didn't have a mound of laundry to do when we got home. Thank you for sharing your home with us!! We are already talking about our next trip out west and what we want to visit!!

This property has been in our family for many years and we're excited to share this experience. We've spent the last year fully renovating the inside and hope to continue making improvements. Most of the homes in this neighborhood are long term owned so it's a very quiet and peaceful area.

What makes this property unique

This is home to us so we just hope you feel warm and welcome here, just how we feel. The property has many trees and in the summer we get many hummingbirds. We are located in a quiet neighborhood and we love to take morning or evening walks. The Palisades creek campgrounds and trailhead are 2 miles away and reservoir is only minutes away. We are pleased to share this with you and hope you have an amazing experience.
