Centrally located in the scenic Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, this luxurious masterpiece boasts four spacious bedrooms, three full-size baths, and parking for 6 vehicles. With ample room for guests, this beach home perfect rental for families and golf groups alike.

Pool can be heated to 85 degrees March-October for a fee of $75 a day. This will be negotiated when you book our home if this amenity is desired.

Better than we could have imagined!

Our 7-day stay here was amazing. From booking, checking in, to check out the whole process was a breeze. Tim was super responsive to our requests and ensured everything was ready for us before we came. He checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed and overall made us feel very welcomed! This property is just a few short blocks from the beach, and having the golf cart was extremely nice. We loved this so much we are already planning our trip here next year!

The perfect family getaway!

We have been traveling to Florida the last several years and decided we needed a change this year. Latitude Adjustment did not disappoint! It was by far the cleanest and most well equipped rental we have ever stayed in. The bedrooms were spacious and had more than enough blankets and towels to accommodate our group. We loved the pool and pool area and spent a lot of time there. The house itself was convenient to everything we needed. We would be happy to stay here again!

Family Thanksgiving Weekend

Our family of 7 gathered from 4 separate cities to meet for Thanksgiving weekend. The house was very clean and well stocked for our needs. Our dogs loved the fenced back yard. If it had been warmer we would have spent more time out there as well. The host was very friendly and checked in with us before and during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We would love to come back here during the summer months. Great location and convenient walk to the beach.

Great House!

This house is beautiful and well-cared for. It met all of our needs. Property Manager is very communicative and willing to go the extra mile. Golf cart rental is a must! We drove it more than our cars! We look forward to staying here again.

Great get away

We loved our stay in North Myrtle Beach. The house was better than advertised. Super clean and the perfect size for 6 of us...but 8 would have been fine as well. Its an easy 5 min walk to the beach, and the pool and outside area under the house were great! Jennifer was very responsive and answered any questions in a timely manner.

Great stay!

Group of us went to play golf for a long weekend, house was great, large kitchen, pool was nice after a round of golf. Convenient location and we liked it was not on a through street. Only locals in neighborhood, very quiet to be right in middle of everything. We will stay again next year!
