Front and rear staircases lead to the first floor. There you'll find a well equipped kitchen (Thermador and KitchenAid appliances) with everything you need to cook a fantastic meal - All Clad and Le Creuset pots and pans available. Off the kitchen is a walk-in pantry, laundry room, half bath, breakfast nook, den, and doors leading to the rear patio.
