Modern Penthouse located in the heart of 5th Ave with amazing ocean view and private rooftop that includes: infinity pool, beach bed, 2 lounge chairs, outdoor dinning table for 6. Ocean-view master-Bd. 2balconies that over look the famous 5th Ave. 2blocks away from mamita’s beach. Walking distance to beach clubs, restaurants, the ferry and 2malls. Elevator, larger ocean view community pool, fitness center, high speed 5G wifi, No wifi in rooftop. private garage for parking.
